Accessibility

Our commitment
TradesCE wants every licensed professional to be able to complete their continuing education online, regardless of ability. We design toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a checkbox.
What we do today
- Course text and quizzes are real text — resizable, high-contrast, and screen-reader readable.
- Video lessons are paired with on-screen slides and narration text rather than video-only delivery.
- The site is navigable by keyboard, and we use semantic markup and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
- Courses are self-paced: seat-time requirements never force reading speed, and progress saves automatically.
- We test with automated accessibility tooling and fix regressions as part of normal development.
Known limitations
Some older course videos may lack closed captions, and some third-party components (such as the payment form) are outside our direct control. We are working through these, and if one blocks you, we will find another way to get you through the course — see below.
Need an accommodation or hit a barrier?
Tell us. Email contact@tradesce.com or call (833) 558-7233 (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM PT) and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We aim to respond within two business days and to provide the course material in a way that works for you.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback goes straight into our development queue. If something on tradesce.com is hard to use with assistive technology, we genuinely want to know: TradesCE LLC, 1383 2nd Ave, Gold Hill, OR 97525.
